We could provide Stamp Duty application service, we will only process if we receive the total amount of stamp duty fee and service fee.  The costs for this service is listed below:

1) Stamp Duty : You might check the Stamp Duty Fee by this link https://www.ird.gov.hk/eng/ese/sd_comp/sdta.htm

2) Stamping of each counterpart of the tenancy document : HKD5

3) Our Service fee : HKD300

​If we could not apply the Stamp Duty in any circumstance, we will refund 100% to the applicant.  But once the application is completed, all fees are nonrefundable.

Once the application is completed, the Stamp Certificate will be sent to the applicant.
